Residential Drain Cleaning

Sink Clogs
Your kitchen and bathroom sinks get a lot of use every day. It is common to experience a slow draining sink, an odor, or gurgling noise from time to time. This may mean you have a clog. These types of clogs are caused by food particles, hair, soap, dirt, grease or a foreign object. Our technicians are trained to locate the problem and determine the best course of action. They can perform both manual and electric snaking, and if the clog is too complex they may need to use their high-pressure water jetting equipment to clear the pipe.
Tub Clogs
Tub clogs are rare but can happen. The most common reason is hair, soap scum and small toys entering the drain at bath time. These items can cause slow draining. Clearing these clogs is a similar method to clearing sink clogs. Our technicians will perform manual snaking and if necessary electric snaking, consisting of a metal cable that will break through the clog and scrape the pipe clean.

Toilet Clogs
Toilet clogs are the most common drain problems in the house and plungers aren’t always enough to clear them. These types of clogs are usually the result of too much paper, feminine products, wipes, and children’s toys. A toilet auger is a common tool used to unclog a toilet.
Our technicians also use state-of-the-art equipment, such as video cameras, to find those obstructions that are hard to locate.
Main Sewer Lines
The main sewer line goes from your house to the city sewer or a septic tank. The drainage waste which leads from your sink and toilet can cause obstructions in the main drainage system. If your main sewer line clogs, you will not be able to use any of the drains in your home. Our technicians can use an electric snake to enter the line and break through the clog, scraping the pipe clean to allow water to run freely again.

Yard Drains
Outdoor drains are an important yet often neglected part of the home. They serve to divert water away from your home so it can drain properly without damaging your yard or foundation. These drains can also connect to your internal plumbing. The main cause of blocked outdoor drains is an obstruction such as dirt, sand, clay, and/or plant material. Tree root growth can also damage and clog outdoor drain systems. Tree roots and plants thrive around moist areas, their roots can enter pipes, creating breaks and blockages. Our technicians can camera inspect to see where the clog is or if there is a broken/damaged pipe, then provide you with alternatives to repair rather than replace the pipe, so you don’t have to dig up your landscaping.
